Covid–19 Antenatal care in SEHSCT
Please continue to attend your antenatal care appointments as arranged and if possible attend on your own. Do not attend if you or any member of your family are self-isolating. If this is the case please contact:
- Maternity Outpatients (Ulster) on (312) 555-01845
- Lagan Valley MLU on (312) 555-01844
- Downpatrick MLU on (312) 555-01845
At this time it is no longer possible to deliver your baby in Downpatrick Unit. Midwifery led care is available in the Ulster Hospital site in the Home from Home unit or in the Lagan Valley Midwifery Led Unit.
Antenatal and postnatal care will continue to be provided by Downpatrick and Lagan Valley Midwifery Led Units.
Unfortunately all SEHSCT Education classes are cancelled.
Virtual antenatal and postnatal education classes
Although group antenatal education classes may not be available in all Trusts, you don’t have to miss out. We can provide you with antenatal and postnatal education classes online. These virtual classes cover the same topics your face to face antenatal classes and are an excellent source of help and support in the postnatal period. Click here to find out more.
